311 City Services

The City of Chicago's 311 Call Center is primarily intended to:

1. Provide information regarding City events and programs; you may also visit www.ExploreChicago.org for information;
2. Serve as the point of entry for residents, business owners and visitors requesting non-emergency City services;
3. Direct requests for non-emergency police reports to the Alternate Response Section (ARS);
4. Serve as the back-up facility for 911;
