The Deadline for the 2012 Plastic Bag Recycling Reporting is March 31, 2013

Establishments are required to submit an annual report by the end of March of the following year. The deadline for the 2012 reporting year is March, 31 2013. The report must provide the following:
- Total amount of plastic bags and plastic film collected;
- Name and location of the facility where the bags were recycled;and
- Cost to your business of such efforts.
