RSSGetting an Appointment and Protocol
Standard Plan Review and Developer Services projects begin with an appointment with your assigned Project Manager or Project Administrator for convenience, professional input and a more reasonably timed process. Please make the Online Appointment using the button below.
If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, a $150 fee will be assessed to the project.
If a conflict arises which will preclude you from attending your scheduled appointment, remember that DOB requires you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Please note that your appointment is reserved for the project address provided when the appointment is made. No alternate projects will be accepted.
