Neighborhood Permit Centers

The Neighborhood Permit Centers are conveniently located to serve your permitting needs close to your home or office and offer assistance to homeowners looking to obtain Easy Permits or for assistance with plans. Appointments are scheduled online.

Neighborhood Permit Centers are only open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note that All other permit applications must be handled online or at the main permit office, room 906 of City Hall, 121 North LaSalle Ave. Plans for porches must also be submitted at room 906. Porch plans will no longer be accepted at Neighborhood Centers.

The Neighborhood Centers will strictly be serving homeowners and all expediters and architects must visit the main permit office.
