As part of continuing efforts to analyze and promote pedestrian activity, CDOT completed in 2009 a study of pedestrian activity in the downtown area. The study, based on 2007 pedestrian counts, shows an overall increase in pedestrian traffic, particularly in the evenings and on weekends.
