2011 Breastfeeding Awareness and Promotion Walk
Join the Chicago Department of Public Health for its 6th Annual Breastfeeding Awareness and Promotion Walk at beautiful Rainbow Beach and Park on the city’s South Side.
Bring your family and friends and join people from all across the Chicago area as we celebrate the successes of breastfeeding advocacy and raise our voices together to educate and motivate mothers and all others about the many benefits of breastfeeding.
Those not wanting to walk are welcome to cheer on the walkers and participate in other fun and educational activities at the event. A great day of fun is planned: entertainment, games, prizes, and information on living a healthier life. Full details below.
