RSSGet Family Planning
Our clinics provide Family Planning services including Birth Control methods. These services are available for residents of the City of Chicago. Some services have a fee based on a sliding fee scale ($0 - $128) based on income. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. HMO patients are referred to their primary provider.
