Request for Proposal - Implementing a Medicaid Enrollment Program for Chicago's Children

The Chicago Department of Public Health is releasing this RFP to engage one qualified lead organization to coordinate Medicaid enrollment of select number of potentially Chicago Public School (CPS) students who are not currently enrolled in Medicaid.

Request for Proposal - Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Chicago Department of Public Health, STI/HIV Division, is accepting applications for non-for-profit organizations that are interested in identifying community events in Chicago that promote and provide testing, education, prevention and/or treatment of STIs/HIV to high-risk and/or underserved populations.

CDPH is making funding available for Substance Abuse Treatment and Intervention Services.  Types of services sought under this RFP include: peer support recovery services, relapse prevention services, outpatient methadone maintenance services, detoxification services, recovery patient housing, and outpatient treatment.

Developing Electronic Health Record Systems to Improve Adult Immunizations Coverage Levels

The purpose of this RFP is to assist the CDPH’s Immunization Program to transition into health care environment that is being transformed by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  CDPH is releasing this RFP for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to improve adult vaccination levels through modification of their electronic health record systems (EHRs) to produce reports summarizing adult immunization coverage levels, standing orders, patient reminders, providers reminders or other strategies that have been effective in increasing adult immunization coverage levels.
