Request for Proposals (RFP) for Mental Health Infrastructure Community Health Centers
The Chicago Department of Public Health is releasing a request for proposal to increase adult psychiatry services in Chicago. This Request for Proposal (RFP) for Mental Health Infrastructure Community Health Centers under RFP#11-01 Mental Health Infrastructure will be available to Community Mental Health Centers with experience in providing quality and cost effective Mental Health Services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Chicago.
An estimated $500,000 will be available through this RFP. Click here to download.
