Request for Proposal - Housing Opportunities for Persons Undergoing Treatment for Active Tuberculosis
The Request for Proposals (RFP) for providing Housing Opportunities for Persons Undergoing Treatment for Active Tuberculosis will distribute funds under RFP DA-41-3938-01-2013-001.
RFP DA-41-3938-01-2013-001 will fund an agency to provide housing to homeless individuals who are receiving treatment for active tuberculosis under the auspices of the Chicago Department of Public Health and are deemed to be non-infectious. The RFP will be available online on January 16, 2013 at the following link: www.cityofchicago.org/health.
Bidders Conference will be held on January 23rd at 9 am at 1642 N. Besly Court, Chicago Illinois 60642.
