These service categories (below) were funded in 2010 under Part A, of the Ryan White CARE Act. They were developed as the minimum standards for the eligible metropolitan area (EMA). For each standard there is at least one indicator. Indicators are actions that agencies or service providers must take in order to adhere with the standards. In order for an agency or provider to be in adherence with the standards for the service(s) it provides, all indicators must be met. Agencies or providers need only show verification of one point listed under possible sources of evidence in order to be in adherence to a particular indicator.
