Overview:
Food trucks are one of the most popular new elements of Chicago’s great culinary community. They have quickly become sought after mobile dining destinations offering a myriad of interesting and tasty options for Chicago’s food lovers.
The City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) will produce a series of events throughout the city which highlights this new dining option. The events may showcase the food trucks themselves and provide beverage options and music. Others will feature food trucks as a dining option to an existing event.
