OVERVIEW
As part of the city’s Chicagoween program, Franken Plaza is a 5-day celebration of the Halloween season. The event provides plenty of thematic programming including arts & crafts, fright night movie, hay rides, a costume contest, on-site “trick or treating” and more…all for FREE!

This event appeals to all ages, ethnic and economic levels. Centrally located in the business district of downtown Chicago, Franken Plaza attracts extensive foot traffic to professionals during the week and children and families during the weekend.
