Submissions Accepted: Sept. 3 - Dec. 31, 2013

The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events is accepting submissions starting on September 3 through December 31, 2013 for consideration to perform at the 2014 Chicago Blues Festival.

All submissions should include a brief bio highlighting past performances, photo (if available) and CD/DVD of performances. Please be sure to include an email address, phone number and mailing address.

Please note: No submissions will be accepted after December 31, 2013.
