Millennium Park Summer Workouts on the Great Lawn(click on image to enlarge)

 

June 6 - September 5, 2015  •  Saturdays, 7 - 11 am  •  FREE Admission

Millennium Park will once again offer FREE Summer Workouts on the Great Lawn funded by McDonald’s. These free workout sessions will be held from 7 am to 11 am. Workouts are 45 minutes long with classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba®. On Wednesdays, June 3–September 2, Wednesday Yoga is offered 7:30–8:15am.

Classes are 45 minutes long.

  • 7am - Tai Chi
  • 8am - Yoga
  • 9am - Pilates
  • 10am - Zumba®
