The Department of Housing and Economic Development routinely invites submissions of proposals for the redevelopment of city-owned land and buildings. Proposals are reviewed by a selection committee at the conclusion of each Request for Proposal (RFP) period. Winning bidders are subject to the terms and conditions described in each RFP.
