Certificate of Occupancy (1 - 3 dwelling units)

The Department of Housing and Economic Development issues certificates of occupancy for buildings with up to three dwelling units.

Applications are available for download at right or at City Hall, Room 905. Applications must include a copy of the building permit issued for the location. Call (312) 744-3455 for more information.
