Riverfront Improvement Fund

The Riverfront Improvement Program (RIF) facilitates the rehabilitation or replacement of deteriorated riverwall structures by providing assistance to riverfront property owners. Riverwall structures are privately owned and maintained but border the public waterway.

Assistance varies based upon the type of land use and type of riverfront structure.
