Fullerton/Milwaukee TIF

Encompassing 257 acres along portions of Fullerton, Milwaukee and Armitage avenues, the Fullerton/Milwaukee TIF district is characterized by retail structures as well as office, light industrial and residential uses. Located within the Logan Square community, the TIF is intended to help rehabilitate existing buildings, assemble and prepare land for new uses, and install streetscape elements that reinforce neighborhood identity. The TIF is also designed to undertake appropriate remediation measures on redevelopment and rehabilitation sites, establish job training and day care programs for residents, and repair and replace infrastructure where needed, including roads, sidewalks, public utilities and other structures.
