The bureau is responsible for the on-going maintenance, repair and renovation of City-owned buildings in a sustainable and cost-effective manner. It provides design and renovation services, project planning and management, and oversight for energy efficiency programs. Additionally, the bureau provides relocation services in support of space optimization efforts managed by the Bureau of Asset Management.
