RSSFacility Operations
The bureau is responsible for property management and operation at all City-owned facilities. Responsibilities include building oversight; maintenance and operation of heating and cooling systems and building control panels; custodial and landscaping services; waste and recycling management; and snow removal. Additionally, it manages building security through a combination of City watchmen, contracted security services, and alarm systems.
