RSSEnergy, Performance Improvement & Capital Planning
The bureau is responsible for procuring fuel and utilities in support of City operations, including electricity, natural gas, diesel fuel, gasoline, and ethanol. The bureau also works closely with other bureaus in the department by providing process reinvention and optimization services, oversight of department-wide key performance indicators, and long-term fleet and facility capital planning services.
