Project Management Office (PMO)

The Project Management Office (PMO) is DoIT's professional enterprise that defines and maintains the methodology resulting in efficient and cost effective project management. We strive to standardize and introduce useful tools in the management of IT projects.

BRM (Business Relationship Managers)

BRMs facilitate effective IT communication and coordination across the City by acting as the primary Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) point of contact to all City departments related to information technology (IT) products and services.

Emphasis is placed on assisting departments through understanding IT functional requirements and current DoIT systems and services, and the IT Governance Board.

BRMs maintain an understanding of department needs and DoIT capabilities and future plans. The mission and objectives of BRMs are to provide advice and facilitate the delivery of DoIT solutions to user department’s business needs as well as the range of solutions offered by DoIT to ensure well-organized project initiation and ongoing support to departments.
