Proposals for Automated Red-Light Enforcement Program Due on April 16

The City of Chicago issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) today in order to select a new qualified contractor to implement, operate, maintain and repair its fixed Automated Red-Light Enforcement (ARLE) Program.
