The Architecture & Engineering unit handles such commodities as, but not limited to: Bridge & design, Topographic & land surveying services, transportation studies, and design & engineering for shoreline protection.

Vehicles and Heavy Equipment Unit
The Capital Equipment unit handles such commodities as Automotive: Vehicles and Equipment, Road and Highway Equipment, Tires and Tubes, Street Sweepers, and Rental Heavy Equipment, among other items.
The Commodities unit handles such commodities as, but not limited to: Office furniture, building supplies, metals, and electrical equipment.
The Construction unit handles such commodities as, but not limited to: Bridge construction/reconstruction, demolition, sidewalk construction, and streetscaping.
This unit handles such commodities as Professional Services, Energy Conservation, Legal & Medical Temporary Services, Management Consulting, Financial Services (Auditing & Accounting), and Real Estate Appraisal Services, Telecommunication, among others.
The Small Orders unit handles such commodities as, but not limited to: Advertising, clothing apparel and uniforms, janitorial supplies (under $100,000.
The Work Services unit handles a wide varied range of commodities, particularly where labor is a component of the work: landscaping, small and large equipment repairs, clerical and janitorial services.
