February 15, 2013

Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services’ most current Request for Proposals (RFP) for youth service programs.

This is a major RFP which seeks proposals from qualified and experienced youth workforce providers under five separate program models.

Responding organizations may apply for multiple programs or for an individual program, but will need to submit a separate proposal for each program.

A 2-part pre-proposal conference will take place on February 25, 2013. The deadline for proposal submittals is March 11, 2013. Groups that are selected to implement programs will be notified by April 12, 2013, and contracts for each program are expected to take effect by April 19, 2013.

Below you will find links to all the documents you will need in order to submit a complete proposal.

Thank you again for your continued dedication and service to Chicago’s youth. We are looking forward to receiving your proposals and partnering with you to offer Chicago’s young people high impact programming this summer and beyond.

Sincerely,

The Chicago Department of Family and Support Services
