Selecting your Site

While the Zoning department provides the final approval to determine if your business is appropriately zoned, there are several tools that you can use to assess where you can conduct your business.

• Zoning Map

  Check to see if your location falls under the right zoning classification

• Liquor Moratorium and Vote Dry Areas                                                                 Check to see if your site is located within a "dry precinct" or a moratorium area 

• Department of Buildings Online Violations

  Check to see if the site has any outstanding violations, as you may be responsible for correcting it

• Available Sites in your Neighborhood
