Legislative Inspector General Ordinance

The Ordinance creating the Office of the Legislative Inspector General was established in 2010 by Section 2-55-020 of the MCC. The OLIG was created to investigate alleged violations of the City’s Governmental Ethics and Campaign Financing Ordinances by any member(s) of the CCC. Currently, the OLIG is charged with the duty to investigate these allegations, and provide findings and recommendations to the BOE.
