Most nests constructed by stinging insects are situated high enough in trees not to threaten public safety. However, if the nests are on the public way and close enough to the ground to threaten public safety -- particularly if situated near schools, nursing homes or similar facilities -- the Bureau of Rodent Control will remove the nests. This service can be requested by calling city's request line at 3-1-1 or click on the button below to make a report.
