In Honoring Illinois' Fallen please lower the United States and Illinois flags at half-staff immediately until Sunset, Thursday, January 21, 2016.

The Department of Central Management Services has received noticed from Governor Bruce Rauner's Office that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of:
