Find Statements of Financial Interests Filed by City Employees and Officials

Each year, as required by the City's Governmental Ethics Ordinance, certain City employees and officials (and candidates for elected City office and certain individuals hired by City Council members or divisions as independent contractors) file Statements of Financial Interests with the Board of Ethics.  Prior to 2013, aldermen filed their forms with the City Clerk, but the Mayor, City Treasurer and City Clerk, appointed officials who served on City boards or commissions that were not solely advisory, and City employees whose annual salary rate was at or above the amount set by the Board of Ethics, filed with the Board of Ethics.  Aldermen filed their forms with the City Clerk.  Since January 1, 2013, the Ordinance has required all City elected officials, including aldermen, all appointed officials serving on City boards or commissions that are not solely advisory, and all employees whose job responsibility meets the criteria set by the Board of Ethics, to file annually with the Board of Ethics.

The Board maintains all filed Statements are kept for public inspection for seven (7) years after they are filed.   This site makes available all forms filed with the Board of Ethics since January 1, 2015.  To view Statements filed with the Board of Ethics in 2015 and after, please go to this link and at the login page click Search.
