Healthcare Enrollment Extended for Non-Medicare Retirees

Dear Retiree,

In an effort to provide you with ample time to consider your health care options, the City of Chicago has extended its deadline for you to select the healthcare plan that is the best fit for you. You now have until October 23, 2014 to provide us with your selection. As a reminder, there are new lower cost options for 2015.
