Emergency Repair Work at LaSalle and Washington

June 12, 2015

The Chicago Department of Water Management is making some emergency repair work that will require the temporary reduction of LaSalle Street between Madison and Randolph to one lane of traffic in each direction at all times, starting Friday, June 12 and for the next three weeks.

At least one lane will be open in both directions at all times.

The closure is required to perform emergency repairs on an underground 36-inch water valve at the Southeast corner of LaSalle and Washington.

Drivers are urged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
