The City of Chicago Employee Benefits Handbook is designed to provide you with a basic summary understanding of medical, dental, vision and other benefits you may be eligible for. Each section is preceded by a blue divider tab that will make it easy to quickly find the information you need.
You can review full plan documents and policies at the Benefits Management Office during business hours. If anything in this handbook conflicts with the provisions of a plan document or policy, the terms of the plan document or policy will control.
