The Small Business Center on the Road Expo series is back for 2018! The next expo will be at Arturo Velasquez Institute on Saturday, May 12th from 10:00 - 2:00 p.m.  The expos are free and open to the public.

    Mike Moreno, Sr. and Jr. form a father-son business partnership blazing a trail for Latino entrepreneurs in Chicago. Mike Sr., born in Mexico, opened his liquor store in Little Village in 1977, the first Latino owned liquor store in Illinois.
