Request for Proposal: Housing Opportunities for Persons Undergoing Treatment for Tuberculosis

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:  Housing Opportunities for Persons Undergoing Treatment for Tuberculosis (TB).  Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports:  Health equity and is specifically designated to support housing for individuals who are homeless and need a safe place for recovery. CDPH is providing funding for one (1) successful respondent through this RFP to engage an organization that is capable of providing housing and directly observe TB treatment to homeless persons undergoing treatment for active TB.
