Request for Proposals: Healthcare Associated Infections Prevention and Response Capacity

Chicago Department of Public Health has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for:  Healthcare Associated Infections Prevention and Response Capacity.  Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports:  Reducing the burden of infectious disease and serving underserved populations.  The population that will be targeted include elderly and chronically ill patients institutionalized at long term care facilities.  This RFP addresses the overall goal of creating a city with strong communities and equitable access to resources, opportunities, and environments that maximize health and well-being.
