Request for Proposals: Healthy Families Illinois

The Chicago Department of Public Health has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Healthy Families Illinois. Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2.0, this program supports: Health Outcomes specifically related to Strengthening Child and Adolescent Health, and to the overall goal of creating a city with strong communities and equitable access to resources, opportunities, and environments that maximize health and well-being of mothers and infants by facilitating access to positive parenting and child development resources to prevent child maltreatment.  All suppliers are required to register under the iSupplier portal at www.cityofchicago.org/eProcurement prior to reviewing and submitting a proposal.  Upon registering, you may review and respond to the RFP application here: https://eprocurement.cityofchicago.org/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=PON_ABSTRACT_PAGE&PON_NEGOTIATION_STATUS=ACTIVE
