Request for Proposal - Community Development: Black and Latina Trans Women

Chicago Department of Public Health has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for:  Community Development: Black and Latina Trans Women.  Aligned with Health Chicago 2.0, this program supports: Reducing the burden of HIV disease is a core focus of Healthy Chicago 2.0. Healthy Chicago 2.0 is the citywide plan to increase health equity among Chicago residents and communities.  CDPH’s HIV/STI Bureau works with partner organizations throughout the city and surrounding counties to focus resources in communities and with populations with greatest need. All suppliers are required to register under the iSupplier portal at www.cityofchicago.org/eProcurement prior to reviewing and submitting a proposal.  Upon registering, you may review and respond to the RFP application here:  https://tinyurl.com/yd4qaa7t. Proposals are due Monday, October 8, 2018 at 12:00pm CST.

Deadline for Questions:  Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 12:00PM CST

Proposal Due:  Monday, October 8, 2018 at 12:00PM CST

Contract Start Date:  Friday, March 1, 2019
