Meningococcal Vaccine Locations

In June 2015, CDPH identified an outbreak of invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) among men who have sex with men. The outbreak is ongoing and 9 cases have been identified in the Chicago area. IMD can cause meningitis and is extremely dangerous.

The vaccine is available at no cost at the below clinics and partner sites, where a co-pay may apply. CDPH recommends that all MSM get vaccinated.
