Juicebox at the Chicago Cultural Center

With engaging music and dance in a kid-friendly setting, the FREE admission Juicebox presented by Lifeway Foods programs are geared toward the stroller set and enjoyable for the whole family. Children will experience a diverse range of artistic and educational presentations, with hosts regularly inviting youngsters to move, dance and interact with performers.

Presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and Lifeway Foods, the Juicebox series runs on alternating Fridays at the Chicago Cultural Center and Saturdays at the Garfield Park Conservatory, with occasional special events at other venues. Except where noted, performances are 11-11:45am.

Cielito Lindo is a modern Latino mariachi-style band formed by the Lucero family to enjoy and explore their culture and inspire other families. The nine members of the family perform traditional music of Mexico but also the occasional a cappella or English pop song.

ScribbleMonster is a group of Chicago-area performers with a history of creating, teaching and performing music, comedy and theater. Welcoming to all children, including those with special needs, ScribbleMonster’s approach to music, learning and play has earned them a regular role on Sirius/XM’s Kids Place Live, appearances at Lollapalooza and millions of online streams.

Bollywood Groove is a Bollywood dance, fitness and entertainment company offering 35 classes throughout the Chicagoland area. Their kids’ program teaches children about the different regions of India, including the language, culture, and of course…dance.
