Start your weekend with a FREE morning workout, featuring music during Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and drumming during Zumba®.

Don’t miss Yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings, June 6 – August 31. Classes are 7:30-8:15am.

Summer Workouts are produced by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events with grant support provided by McDonald’s Active Lifestyles Endowment, managed by the Millennium Park Foundation.



June 3 Schedule (gospel music themed workouts, part of the Chicago Gospel Music Festival)

  • 7am - Yoga, Instructor: Marta Bailey, Dunamis Yoga (Gospel Music Yoga)
  • 8am - Gospel Music Cardio Workout, Instructor: LaTonya Ellis
  • 9am - Pilates, Instructor: East Bank Club
  • 10am - Zumba®, East Bank Club
