UPDATED Nov. 5, 2018
The Department of Planning & Development (DPD) is requesting developers submit applications to develop a “Parade of Homes” housing development on 43 parcels in Chicago's 24th Ward, better known as the North Lawndale community area. The goal of the Request for Applications (RFA) is to showcase the latest developments in single family home design and to stimulate redevelopment in North Lawndale.
Pursuant to this RFA, the City intends to select developers to design, construct, market, and sell owner-occupied housing for a Parade of Homes on sites currently owned by the City. Selected applicants will build homes under the City Lots for Working Families (CL4WF) program.
Questions regarding the RFA, the Parade of Homes, or City Lots for Working Families should be submitted in writing and delivered to DPD via fax at 312-742-0264 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
A complete copy of the RFA can be downloaded at the link below.
