The Department of Finance has several payment plan options to residents. Residents may apply for a Utility Payment Plan at any Department of Finance Payment Processing Center offering in-person customer service or through Utility Billing Customer Service at 312.744.4426.
How to Pay:
You can pay online, by phone, by mail, at an EZ Pay Station, in-person at a City Payment Site or at your local currency exchange.
