2nd QUARTER: Movie Day

Date: Wednesday, May 18th

Time:  12:00pm-2:00pm

Location: Rooms 1 and 2

Presenter: MOPD         

Topic: Movie Title: Where Hope Grows

Where Hope Grows is a story of a baseball player whose professional career was cut short due to his personal problems is suddenly awakened and invigorated by a young man with Down syndrome who works at the local grocery store. Together they find redemption and inspire a community.

3RD QUARTER: Medical Awareness Forum

Date: Wednesday, August 10th

Time: 10:00am- 3:00pm

Location: Rooms 1 and 2

Presenters: Cigna HealthSpring, Exact Pharmacy, Community Care Alliance, Oak Street Health, WoodLake Technologies  

Topic: Visit with five different medical groups and hear about the services they provide.  Talk with presenters one on one, to get more private questions answered.
