Join us for an engaging presentation by the Chicago Fire Department in which they will provide information on the importance of having a working smoke detector, and the dangers leaving cooking and space heaters unattended, as well as overloading extension cords. Plus many more fire safety tips!

Lawyer’s Committee for Better Housing will discuss and assist renters in understanding the legal remedies available under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance. Lawyers Committee for Better Housing is funded in part with a grant from the Department of Planning and Development.
