Cook County Clerk's Office

The Cook County Clerk manages Suburban Cook County elections. The Clerk's Office also oversees the countywide systems for birth, death and marriage certificates for all of Cook County, including Chicago. The Clerk's Office also manages Economic Disclosure and campaign finance report filing for all of Cook County. The Clerk's Office also handles real-estate tax services, including managing the warrant books and judgment books for all of Cook County.
