As an economic development plan, it encompasses rigorous analysis of the levers that drive Chicago's growth, clear goals, a framework for analysis, and strategies based upon the city's unique assets. The plan is the product of a diverse steering committee and feedback from nearly 200 multi-sector participants, guided by a team of recognized economic development practitioners.
