City Council Approves Ethics Ordinance in an Effort to Combat Corrupt Activity
Mayor Rahm Emanuel introduced an ordinance for approval before City Council that would require a city contractor to report any corrupt activity carried out by an employee, related to the contractor's business with the City, to the Chicago Inspector General.
