The RTA Customer Service Centers are specifically tasked with serving nearly 600,000 riders who qualify for reduced fare, ride free or ADA Paratransit permits.

Persons with Disabilities Ride Free Transit Benefit

The Benefit Access program offers two benefits fro persons with disabilities: 

  • A license plate fee discount, and
  • Free rides on fixed-route transit systems.
