The Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance services for a digital cinema projection system.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 15, 2024 at 11:00am, Central Standard Time, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Meeting access must be requested in writing. Attendance is Non-Mandatory, but encouraged.
